Radian Records Proxy Appearance at SXSW
We may not be in Texas now, but some of the artists we have worked with in our new studio are down at SXSW having a blast. In fact, we had a mad scramble to finish the tracks we were working on in time for the event. So if there’s one good thing that comes out of SXSW this year, it’s that these projects have been fast-tracked:
Futurist - Radian Records Sponsored Artist Futurist was working on the song “Anti-Hero”, which features our first full rhythm section recording in the new facility. Produced by Andrew Felluss and Curtis Peel, the track features drums, bass, acoustic guitar, pedal steel, percussion, cello, and vocals all recorded in our studio and first heard at SXSW.
FIGO - Engineer Jason Stasium was at Radian Records Studio with Parag and Paul of FIGO recording vocals and mixing several tracks for future release, and available at SXSW on promo disc.
doublethink - The Wink Winks artist doublethink was in our new studio recording vocals, mixing and mastering tracks for their new EP, debuted at SXSW.

Music Building Studio Construction
Thanks to all our clients who have been patient while we undergo a drastic move from 23rd St to The Music Building (at 38th St. and 8th Av). The floor is down, and the walls for the booth are framed out. There’s still more soundproofing, acoustic treatment, and finish work to do so excuse our mess while we get the place up to par. Below is a scale drawing of the studio:

Radian Records is moving to Times Square
It’s been a wonderful 2+ years sharing space with the folks at Wingflix on 23rd Street. We are returning to Times Square to take room 1207 in the Music Building. The new space is quite unfinished, as of this writing, but we have a plan. Below is the old studio on 23rd Street, which will soon be the home for Musician, Composer, DJ Tim Robert:
